Ten Trinity Square Entrance Portico

After four years on site, with a phased construction and handover programme, the Four Seasons Hotel and Residences at Ten Trinity Square has achieved Practical Completion.

The Grade II Listed former Port of London Authority headquarters now accommodates 100 guestrooms and 41 apartments, two restaurants – including the Michelin starred La Dame de Pic – and a luxurious spa created within the basement of the imposing structure. The lobby and public areas include the generous Rotunda Bar which references both the design of the original rotunda destroyed by wartime bombing, as well as the ‘East-meets-West’ design theme seen throughout the hotel.

Heritage interiors carefully restored within the building include the UN Ballroom – which hosted the dinner following the inaugural assembly of the United Nations in 1946 - as well as the fine dark oak panelled former executive suite which now hosts The Club at Ten Trinity Square in partnership with Chateau Latour.

Working in close collaboration with the consultant team, contractor, operator and the client, Reignwood, Aukett Swanke is proud to have helped bring this magnificent building back into use.
