News > Wellness in the Workplace
Tom Alexander will be participating in a panel discussion on wellness in the workplace at the Facilities Show taking place at ExCel in East London next week, the 19th to 21st of July. Wellness for staff is becoming an increasingly important concern for occupiers, with workers using it as a consideration in choosing a workplace, as well as in the decison to stay with an employer. Designing space for wellness has moved resolutely up list of occupiers' priorities. Tom will talk about the research he has undertaken into new types of workplace and reference projects of ours such as Marks and Spencer Cheshire Oaks which has undergone a rigorous post occupancy evaluation and scored particularly highly on wellness and employee satisfaction.
