Tom Alexander has been invited to join a discussion panel for Howard Kennedy's Economic Breakfast Briefing event series. The panel includes Honor Fishburn, Director of Placemaking at Battersea Power Station and Martin Meech, Group Property Director of Travis Perkins and will be chaired by Howard Kennedy's Head of Construction, James Stewart

'They will discuss how investors and developers are combining residential and industrial sites, and the challenges and opportunities that come from blending operational or legacy sites with residential schemes.'

Tom leads on the design of hybrid projects in our UK studios, which draw on ongoing research and development which we undertake in the industrial, workplace and residential sectors. He is also a leading commentator on these schemes in the industry and has been invited to speak and join panels at industry events such as Bisnow and The London Real Estate Forum
