  • Services: Master Planning Eastside Locks master plan forms part of the wider Eastside Regeneration Area of Birmingham - a technology-led, mixed-use area, which builds upon the technology and science based activities of the local universities and Science Park. Goodman UK Ltd was selected as the preferred development partner of Birmingham City Council, and the overall objective of the master plan is to ensure regeneration, creating a thriving waterside community around the canal with a seamless connection between the learning and leisure quarters in the area.

Several projects within the master plan have commenced and are at various stages of development:


No.6 Cardigan Street a four storey office building, and the key-stone development for the southern edge of the site which is due for completion in early 2016.

No.8 Cardigan Street, five storey office building and a key landmark as part of Arrival Square at the northern edge of the development which is due for completion in 2017.

Belmont Works: This locally listed Victorian office building will be retained and extended to provide attractive commercial space for small to medium office users with an anticipated commencement on site in early 2016.
