Granted Planning Consent in March 2012, this refurbishment and extension of an existing 45,000sqft office building in the City of London delivers 63,000sqft of prime office space. Located at a prestigious address close to St Paul’s Cathedral, the existing brick clad building was built in the mid-1980s and offered opportunities to increase area within the site footprint and St Paul’s view corridors. 

Our proposals take the building back to the existing concrete frame and create a new façade using Portland stone and a powder-coated aluminium curtain wall and rainscreen, incorporating an additional floor.

The building was completed in autumn 2014 and was winner of the OAS ‘City Development of the Year Award 2015'.
