EQ, Bristol wins BCO Regional Award for Best Commercial Workplace

We’re delighted for all involved, and for the vision of CEG to allow it to happen. EQ is a building we’re all very proud of – and a smart one too, being the first ever ‘SmartScore’ accredited building.

EQ is our flagship 200,000sqft BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ office development in Bristol. It has unrivalled, market-leading occupier uses, with 10% of the area given to amenities including a dedicated cycle ramp at the front door, high quality end of journey facilities, a ground floor café kitchen, 50 seat auditorium, co-working areas, fitness suite, restaurant and business lounge, and rooftop bar with a large south facing terrace.
