Luke Schuberth presents EQ at BCO Webinar

Together with Paul Richardson and Leah Barnes of client CEG, and Ian Wills of JLL, Luke Schuberth took part in a BCO South West Webinar presenting our EQ project and our approach to people-centric design and the sustainability agenda.

The 200,000sqft development in the heart of Bristol City Centre broke ground on the main construction in December 2020, becoming the largest speculative office development currently underway in the south of England.

EQ is Bristol’s first new build office to commit to deliver Net Zero Carbon in Operation in accordance with the UK Green Building Council’s (UKGBC) framework approach.
