The project was won by Aukett Swanke through a competitive process that led to the commission by M&G Real Estate to develop proposals for a new headquarters office above retail that builds on the site’s prominent gateway position and Council’s emerging plans for Wimbledon.

The project underwent an extensive pre-application consultation process and highly collaborative approach from all the design team, the success of which was recognised with a full planning consent in early 2022.
