A 15 storey Class A office tower in north west Moscow, designed for a Russian client specifically seeking international design expertise. The site represents one of the best opportunities in the city for business park type developments due to its prominent location and good access to the central zone.

The essence of the client brief was to create a distinguished building which would deliver efficiency and cost effectiveness for a lean, post-recession office development.

The building has a staggered main facade lending dramatic emphasis to the entrance and creating priority views over central Moscow, and includes coloured glass and lighting elements to create a new city landmark by day and night.

Opening panels provide fresh air for wellbeing.

There are two executive floors at the top, with a state of the art reception lobby, retail and dining facilities at ground level, and two levels of underground parking.

On the 10th floor of the building we created a dedicated marketing suite for our client, AB Development’s, potential clients.

Landscaped plaza in front of the building

A new landscaped plaza between the building and future phases of the site is flanked on both sides by green open space, seating areas and a striking grove of cherry trees.

The project was winner of the Commercial Real Estate Awards 2015, Moscow for Business Centre Class A, and also winner of the Office Next Awards 2015, Moscow for Best Business Centre Lobby and Entrance Design
