Peninsula Quays forms a part of a larger masterplan strategy for the redevelopment of the Greenwich Peninsula district in east London, a new urban quarter with direct connections to public transport including a bus terminal and underground station.

The 7Ha master plan creates a rich and diverse neighbourhood, introducing a variety of uses, spaces, architectural form and materials, along with a pedestrian priority landscaped environment linking the central district of the Greenwich Peninsula to the river frontage.

It overcomes a complex set of constraints including airport height limits, road tunnels and cuttings, as well as historic view corridors, to deliver a phaseable and implementable development.

The master plan achieved Outline Planning Consent for 1,683 homes, two hotels and up to 90,000sqft of retail space.
