Collective Team

We were  appointed Lead Consultant for the interior design and fitout of this landmark riverside building following a commission to develop the space and architectural design brief for a developer’s pre-let site search.

During technical appraisal and due diligence on this site we liaised with the base building architect to tailor the scheme by relocating the core, improving the core layout and sublet strategy, prior to planning consent, and assisted the real estate advisor with  technical due diligence for HoTs and AtL.

The interior is designed to enable the client dining, conference suite, staff restaurant and auditorium to be shared with future sublet tenants as required. Floorplates are over 90m long; our design focused on landscaping these large floorplates and individually tailored work settings to suit our client’s team work styles and identity.

For their executive suite, Man Group required a full floor of client meeting and dining facilities to be representative of and commensurate with its strong international brand and quality of service

We created a subtle and understated base palette consisting of classic materials such as stone, leather and timber to which accent colours and materials have been added to provide points of focus and emphasis where required.

The famous Booker Prize collection and various other artefacts are accommodated in an integrated fashion in the context of a strongly residential interior styling.

The outcome is a building and workplace that expresses Man Group as a forward-looking company while respecting their status as a longstanding city institution
