Collective Team
Our design centres around inclusion and knowledge-sharing, employing a simple, cost-effective materials palette, reflective of the construction industry.
A centrally located ‘hive’ provides a vibrant and active area for ‘meet and greet activities’, refreshments, informal working, meeting and socialising.
Workstations are deliberately non-orthogonal in arrangement, representing the company’s ability to take a different perspective on everyday issues and to be creative in its approach to construction.
Selected meeting rooms have banquette seating as well as loose seating to create a less formal and more collegiate atmosphere.
